I didn't order breakfast, location not that bad.

Lock in the bathroom, TV was not set up ,not ready to use.

Its is convinient for me to go shopping bec sm masinag is near to the location and resto?

I just dont like the idea of the sink behind the bed … and the tv were it place is very high … ?

If you are depressed and want to go under deeeper, this is the perfect place to suffer.

Everything about this place sucks. The street it is on is a narrow single lane where it is difficult to maneuver. Their parking area is an unpaved lot with construction debris and garbage. Their Netflix account is shared across all rooms and limited to 4 viewers at a time. Their bed linen has residual hair. The bathroom has an old dilapidated aluminum door. The check out time is 12pm, but they knock on your door at 11:30am shouting, checkout!!!

Place is nice, secluded and i love the place.

Staffs, No lifet but that's fine. Bed should be thicker next time

Bed are too small and toilet are very small to western people ?

The staff are very professional and treat every customer with respect, I can't wait to go back again. The owner and the housekeeper staff were fabulous, I'll miss them all

staff were very nice as well as the owner of the accommodation.The place was safe and clean.

As we had seniors with us at that time and had difficulty climbing up stairs, it would have been good if they have an elevator in place to provide easy access for those who are unable to go up stairs.

Easy access to malls, restaurants and transportation. Front desk was accomodating.

Have to use stairs up to our room and parking is not easily accessible though it's available.

Near LRT station , malls , stores & restaurants nearby.

need more improvements, not recommended for foreigner tourists

I like the cleanliness of the room and how a bit spacious it is.

The parking area is by the grass and have an uneven ground, the stairs - as we have luggages, and AC because maybe the room is quite big and the AC is small it doesn’t cool properly.

Good location, pleasant staff and clean linen.

Room needed a good clean, Room was dusty with cobwebs on the roof. Tv didnt work, poor intermittent wifi.

Room was better cleaner than our last stay , wifi was poor but it was fixed promptly , well done.

A kettle in the room would be good.

Lack of amenities, rooms are too small, poor service and staff were noisy (every morning), there was an ongoing construction and we were not been informed well at the first place plus unattended (empty rooms) doors keep on banging that cause too much disturbance.

The staff were very warm, friendly and easy to talk to.

The kitchenwares were incomplete. The blankets were small and thin.

it was accessible in terms of transportation & the places we went during our stay.

I would just suggest to make improvements on the water drain of the bathroom. The hot & cold adjustment can be properly adjusted when using it. And install an exhaust fan for thé toilet.

There were no lift/elevator , have to take the luggages up to the 2nd floor manually, there are two kitchen sink in the property. one in the bedroom and one in the seating room , wondering why. No toilet paper provided. Expecting to have a small fridge for the longer stay travelers.

the location is accessible to shopping malls and transportations.

we stayed in 3rd floor with my family, we book 4 rooms, the room have no fridge, only in the family room and the bathroom and toilet were very small, the toilet door were very noisy and broken doorknobs. the water flooded when we took shower. they will charge if you want to change bedsheets and linens. there was also no elevator so you have to carry your own luggage.
